Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Damage or Shortage Monty carefully inspects and packs each order before consigning it to a freight carrier. Please follow these procedures diligently upon delivery of your order:
Inspect the contents of the order immediately upon delivery, with the delivery driver present.
Notify the carrier immediately to report any damage or shortage.
Note any freight damage on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in your loss. Signing the delivery receipt "Subject to inspection" without noting damage may also result in your loss.
If damage or loss occurs, save the carton and packing material.
Notify Monty immediately at support@gotmonty.com to report any damage or shortage. We will not be liable for damages reported after five business days post-delivery.
Photographs will be required to validate a damage claim and determine the best course of action to resolve the issue.
Return Policy You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return for a full refund.
Eligibility for a Full Refund:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact Us: Email us at support@gotmonty.com to start the return process. Include your order details, reason for return, and pictures of the item in the condition you received it.
Receive Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Larger items will be picked up from the shipping address.
Send Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
For standard returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
In cases where the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for pickup at no cost to you.
All returns must be authorized in writing and in advance by Gotmonty. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy We offer exchanges if you prefer a different item or need a replacement.
Exchange Process:
Contact Us: Email us at support@gotmonty.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. Include pictures of the item in the condition you received it.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending the new item to you.
Receive Instructions: We will provide instructions on how to return the item you wish to exchange and facilitate the exchange process.
Damaged Items:
If the item you received is damaged on arrival, we will ship you a new one free of charge. Contact us immediately at support@gotmonty.com with pictures of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item at the warehouse, we will inspect it. If it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refund Notification: We will notify you via email about the status of your refund after inspection.
Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Merchandise claimed to be defective may be inspected by our representative in your area, and a local repair may be authorized if we choose. If it is not cost-effective to inspect or repair locally, a replacement will be offered. Merchandise authorized to be returned due to defect will be inspected upon receipt. If after inspection the product is found to be free of defects, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the return freight.
