Standard One-Year Limited Warranty

Monty offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. During this period, Monty will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product, part, or component found to be defective due to material or workmanship issues under normal use. Claims must be submitted in writing to support@gotmonty.com within the warranty period and within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue. Images of the problem may be required.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product new from Monty or its authorized resellers. Any misuse, abuse, or modification voids the warranty. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

Exclusions from Limited Warranty

Monty does not cover:

• Natural variations in wood grain, character marks, or changes in surface finishes due to aging or light exposure.
• Naturally occurring marks in leather, normal wear and tear, or variations in colors, grains, or textures of natural materials.
• Colorfastness or exact matching of textiles, including COM (Customers' Own Material) designs.
• Damage to veneer, painted surfaces, textiles, or materials due to improper cleaning, sharp objects, moisture, or sunlight exposure.
• Discoloration of textiles or surface materials from elements, stains, or dye transfer.
• Damage from improper storage or relocation after initial delivery.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance is essential. Wood furniture requires regular treatment with suitable oils to prevent issues like cracking and fading. Concrete and outdoor furniture should be covered when not in use, especially in extreme environments.

Commercial Exclusion

This warranty excludes furniture used in commercial settings. It applies solely to personal and residential use. Furniture used commercially, such as in offices or rental properties, is not covered.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, all warranties other than the express limited warranty are disclaimed, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, design, and non-infringement.

Limitations of Damages and Liability

This limited warranty and remedies provided herein are exclusive. Monty will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or special damages. Our total cumulative liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product by the original purchaser.

By using Monty products, you agree to these terms. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary by state.
