We offer premium shipping services to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. Choose from our flexible options:
- White-Glove Delivery: Our team will deliver, assemble, and place your furniture exactly where you want it. We also handle the removal of all packaging materials.
- Standard Delivery: Your items will be delivered to the first dry area at your location, such as a garage or covered porch. Assembly and placement are not included.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location and the items ordered:
- In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 7-14 business days.
- Custom or Special Order Items: Delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation and will vary based on the items purchased. In-stock and smaller items will ship faster, while larger and out-of-stock or custom orders will take longer.

We ship to addresses within the continental United States. For shipping outside this area, please contact us for custom arrangements and a shipping quote.

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the items and your delivery location. You will receive a detailed shipping estimate at checkout.
Receiving Your Order
It is crucial to be present at the time of delivery to inspect the contents of your order immediately with the delivery driver present. Report any damage or shortages to the carrier immediately, and ensure that any freight damage is noted on the delivery receipt.
If you are not present for delivery, storage fees may apply. Retain the carton and packing materials for the first 30 days if you are uncertain about keeping the item, as they are necessary for any return. To validate a damage claim, photographs will be required to determine the best resolution.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status. For white-glove service, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
